    • HOW DO I PAY?: This webstore accepts VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX/DISCOVER/JCB/DINERS CLUB & PayPal transactions *ONLY*!
    • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?: Visit the "SHIPPING" page for details
    • I HAVE A QUESTION, HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?: All inquiries can be sent directly from the "CONTACT" page. You may also send an email to info@wetwareapparel.com.

    • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?: All orders will be packaged+shipped Monday-Friday, typically between the hours of 12pm-5pm. Orders will be processed ASAP, but this is one-girl operation and delays might happen! Please exercise patience & trust your order will be fulfilled. Once your order is processed, "Standard" shipping will take about 3-5 business days.
    • I HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY ORDER YET, WHAT'S THE DEAL???: Send an email with your name/all other pertinent info. All orders should automatically email you an order confirmation including tracking. Check your spam inbox if you have not received an order confirmation by email.
    • CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE?: WETWARE cannot accept returns at this time. This is a very small label, with limited production runs. Hopefully in the future returns will be an option, but for now please double check all measurements/item details before deciding to purchase. Quality control is very important here, but if you receive a defective item send an email and we can likely work something out.
    • WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?: Email with measurement questions to receive specific garment measurements in standard inches.
    • I PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I ADD SOMETHING ELSE TO IT?: Ah! Your enthusiasm is very much appreciated, but unfortunately once an order is finalized there is no way to add a new item :/ You'll have to place a separate order.
